Paper invoices will become chargeable at the beginning of 2027

From 1st of January 2027, a fee of EUR 2,50 (incl. VAT 25,5%) will be added to invoices sent on paper. The fee is not charged for electronic invoices (e-invoice, direct payment, corporate e-invoice or email invoice).

How to switch to free electronic invoicing:

Personal customers

• E-invoice: You can make an e-invoice authorization in your own online bank by selecting Haminan kaupunki – Haminan Vesi as the invoice provider.

• Direct payment: You can arrange a direct payment at your own bank.

• Email invoice: You can switch to email invoices by informing your address to our customer service.

Corporate customers

• You can inform your e-invoice information to our customer service.
