According to the terms of delivery, Haminan Vesi is responsible for the maintenance of the public water supply and sewerage network.

The property’s own lines include the property water line and property sewers with their associated equipment. The property owner is responsible for the maintenance of his or her own property lines and the selection of contractors associated with them.

Haminan Vesi is a municipal utility and cannot recommend or promote the services of any individual commercial company to its customers. However, Haminan Vesi can recommend necessary renovation or modification work on the property directly to the customer during a visit or when the customer specifically asks about it.

If a person who has visited your property raises suspicions or offers services on the recommendation of Haminan Vesi, we ask that you check the appropriateness of the visit or work order directly with Haminan Vesi.
