Data protection
We do not use the numbers stored in the system for anything other than reporting faults or contacting you in the event of a sudden suspected leak in a property or a threat of water cut-off due to unpaid water bills. The numbers are not sold or given away and they remain stored on a password-protected server that is only accessible to people using the SMS system.
Note: the municipal operator never asks for payment information or sends invoices to its customers via SMS.
